Agents run inside your accounts
Wherever possible we build in the tools you already own, so your data stays where it is today and you can see and revoke every connection.
Least-privilege access
Each agent gets its own named credentials with only the permissions its job needs. Shared logins and admin keys are never used.
People approve what matters
Anything sensitive, such as payments, contracts, refunds or messages to key clients, waits for a person to approve before it goes out.
Every action is logged
Each run records what the agent read, decided and did, so any result can be traced back and explained.
Data minimisation
Agents only receive the fields they need. Personal data is masked or left out wherever the job allows.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
Connections use TLS, and credentials are kept in encrypted secret stores, never in documents or code.
Monitored around the clock
Failures and unusual behaviour raise an alert to the Orqen team, usually before you would notice anything.
Clean handover and exit
Everything is documented and owned by you. If we stop working together, our access is removed the same day.

We pick the right model for each job and only use providers whose business terms say your data is not used to train their models.
